At Wentworth Falls, a village ten minutes from here is Schwarzes Bakery, Patisserie & Coffee Shop. It has been there for 30 (not 24) years. Their rye and sunflower bread and ohhh! chocolate eclairs. We were there this morning.

Den, here in Oz we have a number of hot bread kitchens that use the 'magic bread mix'. But we also have a great number of good bakers that make actual bread using real yeast etc.
