Is now no longer a lighthouse and hasn't been for a number of years. Believe it has the title of Bird Sanctuary. If you keep backing a way from the photographers position for about 1000 metres you will come to a pub called the Briardene. I lived about 100 metres behind the pub. Cheers John S.

Keep on backing up from Photographers position about another mile and you"ll come to the Rex Hotel where Brian Kong used to run riot. Cheers John S

#4.. There used to be one at the top of the street as well Lou, called the Kittiwake, about the same walking distance 5 minutes, 2 minutes sprinting, was spoilt for choice. Used to sprint in the winter if the snow not too deep, that cold wind straight off the North Sea, just shivering, thinking about it. Cheers John S
