John,you obviously know the symptons.Your asleep the next thing all of your tubes are on fire which causes a fit of coughing and you think you are having a heart attack at the same time on top of this you are in a lather of sweat.not a nice feeling and as i say the first time is quite terrifying.John the only time I take tablets for the H.H. is after I have had fried fish or roast lamb otherwise i dont bother and I am not troubled by the H.H..
