The judge that i faced in court he must have a dislike for merchant seamen he gave me a one month in jail just because i left the ship

Very true, but they can apply the law in a maner which alows for a variance in the sentence, such as suspended or imprisonment if they decide the crime is hard enough.

the magistrate who sent me down in wallaroo told me he jumped a sailing ship in 1926.......its a great country here look at me he said ......if you keep your nose clean for 6 monthsyou can have an aussie passport regards cappy

They would vote for a monkey if it had a Red Rosette on , in Hull. It was a safe seat. that is why he was sent there,. He now lives in an eight bedroom mansion.
I wonder if he has Tracy hidden in one of those.?
