be careful what you wish for John- some time ago a guy called Herod had your namesakes head removed after being treated to Salome's Dance Of The Seven Veils. No more baptisms for him!!

Re: Tom Hanks new film "Captain Philips"
What happened to an earlier post from someone in Canada, saying there was talk about the real crew of vessel taking the real Capt. Phillips to court and suing for endangering their lives needlessly. Or has the receipts from the movie been enough to pay them off on the quite. Cheers John Sabourn

Re: Tom Hanks new film "Captain Philips"
I saw the film recently in my local multiplex, there were seven of us in total watching. I can recall 'when i were a lad' queueing up at my local cinema ( at least three times a week) to watch a film and sometimes waiting for hours as the performances were continuous and it was a case of one out and one in. You could sit there all day if you wanted, but some managers had a knack of spotting patrons who had overstayed their welcome- so when a powerful torch was shone in your face you knew the game was up. I really enjoyed the Tom Hanks film- he deserves an oscar for his performance, especially in the closing scenes, and the actors playing the Somali pirates really scared the s**** out of me.
