    Passable in coffee but I found it too sweet for tea personally.

    Bob,

    As already said to Tony. I could never get used to having it in tea.

    Shaky??? Never got any of that until I joined the land of Knives, forks and tea cups.

    When you are on your `pound and pint` on a starvation ship, it doesnt make much difference, it is sustenence.

    Capt. Bill I recall coffee in bottles in the mess, I think called chicory coffee, it was black & a liquid? God it was awful!

    Well leratty, I used to enjoy Camp coffee/chicory. I seem to remember some years ago there was objections made to the image portrayed on the label. The Indian 'man servant' standing with a tray serving the seated and kilted British army officer was not considered PC. I haven't bought a bottle in years to take a look at the new label to see if it was changed.
