I think that all airport security have it wrong.
Everybody should be given a bacon sandwich at check in and made to eat it before getting through.
solve a lot of probems and save money and inconvenience

Democracy Land of the Free.
John that is a ripper suggestion should be implemented ASAP.
There is a great old time akin a 50's-60's UK roadhouse cafe here we occasionally have a traditional bacon, fried bread-egg, bubble & squeak (no black pudding): ) breakfast. Some years ago we were bemused to see this obviously Jewish gentleman (skull cap on) reading his religious tome whilst eating same... We, when he left, raised it with the old time UK owner, his response had us laughing. He told us the gentleman comes in twice a week, asks for "the bacon to be washed then cooked"... I said "seriously do you do that," "no" was the response....

I remember those days. Also in the states at this time you dropped your trousers for the shore doctor, pulling your foreskin back ( if you had one ) To see if you had a dose. Though you were not checked on leaving. That,s Democracy.Ha! Ha!

Halal
I had to smile at the washed bacon.
Most ships I was on, 35 in all. If there were just one ****** aboard he ate the same as us. Pork chops, bacon whatever.
But if there were two or more they stuck to their religion. Like most people they love bacon, say no more.

We had one chef on UCL who had a hatered of Jews. Most of the ships had a Kosher kitchen and if there was a Rabbi on board he would come nad bless it. This guy would get the butcher to cut up all the pork, ham and bacon in this kitchen.
