Personally i think its attention seeking, i know he is a very rich man, how rich do you need to be to build a Titanic,? would be amazing if it did happen, what a fantastic sight she would be amongst the floating apartment blocks we have now.

He has no more intention of building this than standing for parliament. He is in a row with out treasurer, the ugly duckling, on how the country should be run. The treasurer wants to strip all the profits from just about any company that makes good, while Clive says his comapany and many others provide the jobs that keep the country going. Capitalist against socialist, the old, old story. He is havinmg a lend of the ughly duckling who cannot see the joke, obviously he never looks in the mirror.
