Hi Doc Vernon,
Sorry to hear about Richard. Had been wondering, of late, why we had not heard from him for such a long time. We have never met, but, nevertheless, when you see him please give him my sincerest wishes for an early recovery.
..............Roger

I went down to Katoomba Hospital early Today (9am) to see Richard, but when i got there he had allready once again been transferred to Nepean Hospital!
Apparently he was again bleeding very badly this Morning, the reason he was rushed down to Penrith!
After i left the Hospital i popped in at his House to see Margaret his Wife, and she also told me that this Morning she was talking to him at Nepaen on the Phone, and he was then still bleeding badly!
Doesnt sound too good poor old Richard!
I will keep all informed when i hear anymore!
I printed the good wishes from the site and took them with me,however then left the Printout with Margaret!
She will pass it on to him!
Cheers

I see from the site stats that it is Richard's 81st birthday today (Sun 26th). Lousy way to spend it. Good to hear that they have found and hopefully now solved the problem. Get well soon Richard.

Well Richard is now at Home, they have stopped the Bleeding with quaterisation of the Ulcer and he is resting!
Spoke with him last Night!
In a Month or so he will go back for a check, and at some time later he will more than likely have to have a part of the Bowel removed!
But for now he is in good spitits!
He sends thanks to all who have responded and others as well! Some may have read and not replied !
Cheers
