After March 2012, Fisher's of Barrow will no longer be managing the Nuclear ships, after running them, and previously several of their own vessels, for around 30 years. The contract has been awarded to SERCO, who run various Government departments, and also run the former Naval Auxiliary tugs etc as Serco-Denholm. So they may not need the new deck and engine trainees, they may use them from somewhere else, like Eastern Europe for example!
