The Key (1958)
Watched a bit of it last night on TV Channel 80 Talking Pictures. A bit of a love story set 1940's. The deep sea rescue service is the main theme, some great scenes of the tugs.
Thought it might be of interest to Brenda Shackleton and one other who I can't remember as their fathers were in the service.
Bill.

Bill
Thanks for the head up on that movie.
My father was in the deep sea rescue tubs service from 1941, till the end of the war. I have his discharge book but it only lists his tugs he served on on the T124x articles. Never been able to find out what convoys he was on or which ships etc. he salvaged.
