A husband and wife were picking up some last minute Christmas gifts
at a packed shopping centre. As the wife was browsing around , she
realised her husband was nowhere to be seen, so she called his cell phone
to see where he was.
He picked up the phone and said in a quiet voice “ Do you remember that
jewellery store we went to about ten years ago ?where you
fell in love with that diamond necklace that we couldn’t afford,
and I told you I’d get it for you one day ?”.
The wife got choked up and started to cry and said , “Yes I remember
that shop”.
He said “ Im in the bar next door”.
