Re: Christmas dinner on a budget
Saw a woman this mornings news oop narth, complaining that she couldn't afford a proper Christmas Dinner because she only gets £2000 a month in benefits, she forgot to mention free TV licence, free prescriptions, and a whole host of other freebies when on benefits. No wonder I'm still paying tax on my State Pension.

Not this year James, got a better offer, I prefer the fluid tinnies, I'm sure there is something similar to your tinnie on the market

Unbelievable isn't it, and she thought she was hard done by, her sense of entitlement was staggering

#2. oop narth? Have been attempting to locate such a quaint sounding place in my comprehensive A-Z of the UK. Perhaps its an anagram, but its worth remembering its not all whippets and rickets north of t'Tamar.
