Qatar & FIFA brag that this world is and will be carbon neutral. I watched a bit of the England v Iran game. I said to my wife did you hear that, the stadium is Air Conditioned how is that carbon neutral?
She just looked at me as if I am soft!!!! easy there over 40,000 Indian Punka Wallers around the stadium
