Re: Type of quiz
But Bill, as we have been distilling whiskey of quality and can actually spell WhiskEy. .
What is uisce beatha?
Uisce beatha (Irish pronunciation: [ˈɪʃkʲə ˈbʲahə]) is the name for whiskey in Irish. The equivalent in Scottish Gaelic is rendered uisge-beatha.
And the reference to the river Bush is for Bushmills whiskey issued a licence in 1608.

Re: Type of quiz
Appendix, Tonsils, most teeth, hair, varicos veins, hernia x two, prostate all gone at some time.
Do I miss them, well the Prostate gone does kill off any chance of a leg over, hair well now do my own.
Appendix, never used it anyway and the bloody veins came back, seen better legs on a Queen Ann table.
but still alive, not on any medication and feeling fit, what more could I ask for.
Maybe some amber fluid or a G&T, large one!!!!
