    Default Broompark 1939

This ship carried valuable machine tools, diamonds and 'heavy water' from Bordeaux June 17 1940, she cleared Le Verdon on the 20th. I can't find who may have drawings of the ship. My question is - did this ship have any additional accomodation - such as an 'owner's cabin or a pilot's cabin?

    Default broompark

    roy,
just found that the broompark was built by lithgows of glasgow.
there are two places that you can try for ship plans ,as follows
    GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL
    THE MITCHELL LIBRARY
    NORTH STREET
    GLASGOW
    G3 7DN
    archives@cls.glasgow.gov.uk
    or
    GLASGOW UNIVERSITY ARCHIVE
    13,THURSO STREET
    GLASGOW
    G11 6PE
    dutyarch@archives.gla.ac.uk

i have used both of these to obtain plans of some of the ships i have worked on.
