Les, Des, it would appear that different states do Medicare in different ways.
Bulk billing here in Victoria is not going so well with many GP but the majority still do it for the majority of patients.

Biggest problem I see is with the proposal of 'Super clinics' open 24/7 to take the pressure off the emergency departments.
A great concept and one that would work i feel sure.
Problem is finding enough medical staff for them.
