Re: From oxford
I use a nebuliser most days. It has nothing to do with Covid though. It is used to help my breathing and is prescribed by my GP. It sounds to me that some one is using Salbutamol , if so they are either Asthmatic or else a cheat and trying to improve there performance on court.
01/09/2001 · BACKGROUND Beta-2 agonists such as salbutamol are used, not only by asthmatic athletes to prevent exercise induced asthma, but also by non-asthmatic athletes as a potentially ergogenic agent. We have investigated whether inhaled salbutamol enhances endurance performance in non https://thorax.bmj.com/content/56/9/675
Who remembers Chris Froome the cyclist was under investigation for using Salbutamol, he did prove that he was actually Asthmatic but the amount he was using was considered to be excessive?
Another worry though is that someone in the Hotel could be Asymptomatic and have Covid and not even be aware they have it but could spread it.
Um!!! have I just created a conspiracy theory !!!!!

Re: From oxford
Wales is the first UK nation to vaccinate more than 20% of its population. It's also one of the first countries in the world to do so. Another huge well done to our vaccination teams.
Hope all this way are safe in our UK.
Keith.

Anyone who uses Salbutamol or Budesonide when they don't have to, is an idiot. For those of us who do have to we wish we didn't have to, because if we fail to do so the consequences are dire.

Re: From oxford
On Facebook, it states if you take the Covid vaccination Bill Gates will assume control of your body and mind, as the vaccination given, implants a microchip in your body.
The strange (or not very) people believe this rubbish.

Re: From oxford
Apparently, COVID restrictions could be in place until all adults are vaccinated here.

Re: From oxford
Here in Oz vaccination will not be compulsory, and whilst most govs would like it otherwise under international human rights it is not possible to enforce such.
There area few exceptions where persons in certain industries, such as aged care, may be required to have it forcing it on them may not be so easy.
NZ has just received their first batch of Pfizer which was not due until later March, but somehow, mainly by public pressure I am informed, it has been brought in early.

Re: From oxford
Although not too severe as of now John i read that Victoria will be (or already is) in Lockdown again due to the Cluster from that Hotel.
But better safe than sorry.
We are still very lucky here in Oz. Lets hope we can keep the good Figures up.
Cheers

Re: From oxford
Victoria, no not you Victoria, the state.
Yes we are in lock down again, why, simply put we have a useless gov here.
After the last lock down over the hotel quarantine fiasco one would think they would not stuff up twice, but thye have.
So we now go into another five days of lock down.
Figures out today show that grog consumption in Oz for 2020 was 1.5 times that of 2019.
Home schooling for so many kids was obviously done by alcoholics.
The latest lock down means all that can must work from home, but the Australian Tennis Open will continue, the players have been deemed to be essential workers??????????????
Grog shops as essential services we can understand, but Tennis players?
Why can they not work from home like every one else?
It is said to have been caused this way.
In one hotel room there was a family of five, the room was so full of virus as a result of that according to the health department.
Some one opened the door and the virus got out.
Apparently there was another door along the corridor that was open and the virus made it's way down there.
That is the story, just like fairies at the bottom of the garden.
If this gov spins any more it will take off.
