John, you cannot keep a good seaman down, and you are one of the best.
Fight the good fight, take no crap from anyone and tell the good Doc if you are not happy with what he tells you to go and get a second opinion.
They keep telling us they are finding ways of keeping us alive for longer so tell him you now want some of that.
Just hang in there mate, the sun will still shine for you tomorrow.

Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.

This nursing system is a bit worrying sometimes, year before last i had an op for a very big stomach hernia, two days in hospital. Before i went under , the nurse put one of these flight stockings on my leg, they had to cut it off in theatre, she had put it on upside down !!!, i thought she was struggling to get this thing on, kt

Re: JP - Health
Hi John
if the professor has a clinic at Christies she would be there full time.
Some Doctors pay to have a clinic, it looks good on their CV.
they do Not mess around in Christies, Everyone i know including myself who have been there have got cured, and rang the Bell.,
Two weeks is a long tome to wait for the results.
They cannot stop you from going,
Your choice John,
I know where I would rather be.
Good Luck
Brian
