I was in Tesco looking for the elusive toilet rolls, couldn't find any. Asked an assistant, she said we put the on the shelves at 6am and ten minutes later they were all gone.
Some sad people out there, that have to be up six to buy loo paper.

Yes all large Super Markets here are doing the same with Senior Hour in the Mornings. But still a lot are missing out on essentials ??

Sainsburys, moderate to good, sale on Corn Flakes.

Asda, slight to moderate, heavy crowds by evening.

Co-Op, fair with expected crowds later.

Waitrose fair to moderate, spillage in aisle 7.

Lidl, rough at first, moderate later.

Aldi, rough with expected rumbles in the toilet paper Isle later.

Old people and people with disabilities can have one hours shopping, with no one else inside, GREAT,!!

iT IS AT 7am TO 8 AM SO WOULD HAVE TO GET UP AT 5.30 am to get showered, have breakfast and travel to Sainsburys to take advantage of this great offer.

Hi Brian, I also had the email with those offers, I've had an online account with Sainsbury for about eight years now since I quit driving
because of eyesight problems. The email also said that Sainsburys would try to prioritise delivery slots for the elerly from this coming
Monday, hope they can do that as when I logged into my account yesterday to book a slot for Friday 27th I found every single slot was
booked, in the eight years I've been online shopping I have never seen that before. When you think of how our mothers coped during
the war mostly on their own with their husbands in the services. They had to fend for their families, trying to manage on meagre rations
while Jerry was trying to bomb us out of existence, the majority soldiered on and did their best, often going without themselves for their
kids. I've always thought our mums were unsung heroes of the war, a different breed to today's people. I remember seeing my grandad
carrying shopping home with a a mile to walk, I ran over to him and offered to carry his bag for him, I'm alright Jon he said, he was very
independent, he was ninety five he died a few months later, grandma was in hospital after a fall and they all thought he pined for her, he
was a grand old chap, grandma lasted another five years, she broke her leg at ninety they put a pin in and said she wouldn't walk again
but she did with the aid of a walking stick, a different breed indeed. Cheers

I think that next time there is a pandemic situation the Govt should shut down all TV news outlets, papers; and Social media outlets. It will make no difference to the ones who look at their mobiles as they walk along like they are zombies anyway, and everything will be OK.

Des mate that is one of the best ideas yet during this, scum media causing all the panic.

Got up Tuesday at 0600 hours and down to the supermarket to find out the truck had not delivered that night.
Shopping yesterday afternoon, not b ad but still no dunny rolls.

Up again today at 0600 hours and bingo got all we needed but still no dunny rolls.
Store manager told me none delivered for over a week.

But best yesterday, store manager and assistant bringing in the trolleys loads off the truck.
Took the plastic wrap off and left the loads where they were, no need to unpack he said the vultures will do that..
