Hi All.
When I told my Dr about my salt intake he said cut it down a little, but as long as you take very little sugar you should be OK , if he had his way he would ban sugar, causes more deaths than salt according to him.

Sugar in Moderation like all other things will not arm you,i am a Diabetic and have Sugar once a day (however only have Raw Sugar ) and my Doctor has told me that it is fine.
My daily cup of Coffee uses that daily intake. And all is well Blood Sugar is fine /
So as said if you can limit yourself to anything there will be no harm done!

I have not used sugar, salt, butter or milk apart from in cooking since 1961. Do not drink tea, the smell makes me want to spew and do not eat yoghurt.
