Sliding
In 2000 after years of not knowing what the problem was I was diagnosed with a Sliding Hiatus Hernia.
For he past week it as been giving me hell on wheels even after all the medication I take for it. one tablet a day.
So I went to see Doctor Google to find out a bit more.
Obviously he has a very warped sense of humour as he recommends reducing the intake of coffee and alcohol!!
Coffee and alcohol go together like cheese and biscuits and as a professional drinker I find it hard t go without the coffee.
So my GP tells me a little and often not all at one.
So now I take a drink every hour. Unfortunately it was food he was speaking of he now tells me
So to keep him happy I now eat with the drink, will I put on weight? .
