When in 2001 I came around after whet was a seven hour slightly dodgy neurological operation , i remember feeling very cold , my first thought was well , if I died then this is too cold to be hell , so that is a good start , Thermal blankets and heater soom bought me back to a much warmer place

John, I tried the weights but found that I had a permanent list to starboard, besides the bl--dy weight kept causing sparks on the pavement as I was walking along, so I got rid of 'em. Nowadays I just throw it over my shoulder...get some funny looks, but, at least, I'm back on an even keel.

Never knew that and I like my grapefruit too. Guess that is something else scored off the menu. Damn I will soon be losing weight after all!
