having had a couple of months waiting for results lads if you find a lump in your testicals get them checked i got the all clear yesterday easy to overlook things that only take a minute? the first thing the doctor in hospital said no cancer it was like an anvil coming of my shoulders check it may save your life someday?jp

Hi Cappy ,
A Hydrocele is when one of the goolies swell up as big as a tennis ball or bigger, there is a blockage in one of the many tubes in there, it fills with fluid that is why it swells up..
It is harmless but it needs an operation with general anaesthetic to get it cleared. and return to normal size.
One may come your way eventually.
