Has anyone noticed that there are four countries which are very anti Oxford Vaccine.

Germany we can expect, it's traditional, the other three were militarily inept when the cards were down, but shout loud.

France has a big mouth but does not have much backbone, and the population seems to have a collective fear of needles with over 55% refusing to have an injection.

Italy changes with the wind saying the vaccine is useless, but expect them to change sides when they find out it is winning in the UK.

Denmark was invaded at 0545 hours and surrendered at 1100 hours on the same day, but they can be forgiven as hopelessly outnumbered and that situation remains the same today now that UK has left the fold and needs to protect its interests and is used to doing what the Germans tell them to do.

Even our arch enemy Juncker has got frustrated with VDL and her weasel policies

It Amazes me Ivan according to our European friends the Astra Zeneca jab is ineffective, and offers little protection. If it is so bad why are they blocking the export of the jab to the UK?
Me thinks they speak with forked tongue.

This is going to be like this for years to come, blame UK, in the next few years as the EU starts to collapse, and it will, it will be our fault. They are completely blind to the fact that they are running a political system which will not work, will fall apart at the slightest emergency. In wonder how the vote would go in the UK now they have seen exactly how the EU is in the cold light of day. I'm just pleased we are out, and time will prove how right we were, kt

#167 Keith it was never going to work in the first place, anything which is a Bloc requires a committee, anything on a political bloc becomes communist, if not in ideals, but by its very formation. Communism in its ideals always fails and becomes a dictatorship, there are two factions vying for that post, France and Germany, and given France's track record we know who the winner will be. France is in more trouble financially than Germany, which itself is in trouble but still has a better Bank balance, or to put it another way, not such a large overdraft.

From what we see on the news here in Oz, if it were not for the Frog and the Kraut all would be well.
I get the impression both are trying to out do the other.
Toady they say there will be no more export of the vaccine, but that could well see them in trouble as the manufacturer has contracts with a number of countries, some who have paid up.

But some good news for us, today was contacted by the GP to say next week we will be given the time for our jab, followed two weeks laler by the Flu one.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

The stupidity of people in power never ceases to amaze, the old saying 'Power corrupts' is alive and well.

The Polish Prime Minister has said that Brussels should seize all vaccination producers in the EU and tear up the OxfordZ patent and no more vaccinations should be exported anywhere, seems their time spent under Nazi control has not been wasted. That action alone would lose them large investments from countries who say if they can tear up one patent, then they can tear up ours--- bye bye!

Then we have Biden stating that we we will not be doing business with the Brits because they (the Brits) made my great grandfather leave Ireland on a coffin ship. Has he not got the common sense to see that had his great grandfather not left Ireland, then he Joe Biden, would not be USA President, he should be thanking the Brits.

On the subject of Biden, he was discussing invasion with Kim of North Korea

    Biden 'We have nuclear weapons'

    Kim 'we have stairs'

When Covid is under control (hopefully) I wonder how many companies will review their investments in the EU?

As a side issue, UK companies exporting cream cakes to the EU have to have a vets certificate because it contains cream. The vets certificate must accompany must accompany each exported load.

Now now Vic, that is quite sensible, have you never heard the expression 'The cats got the cream'

Going back to Covid deaths and registration, my Aunt has just died, 101 years old, she was in hospital for a stroke, and was confirmed to have Covid, her certificate says she died of a further stroke, but because she died within 28 days with covid mentioned, covid is on her certificate, kt
