Hi Vernon, Yes mate your card did arrive and much appreciated it was. I thought I had emailed you but obviously not, my apologies. Hope all is well with you and the family. are you still getting any fishing in??. Vernon mate I hope that we do get a chance to meet again, the JB's still operating so I believe, not that I have been in there since you were over, couple of losses since then sadly, but Syd is still around, who I meet from time to time for lunch down in Christchurch.

Re: Anyone herd anything from these members ?
Hello George
Sorry for slight delay in reply, but had a hectic Weekend with the Family over and a gathering LOL
Anyway glad that the card did get there, and no worries mate!
Family are all fine and Grandkids growing so fast!
As for Fishing well not too much of late, but did do a wee bit of casting about two weeks back, caught a few small ones !
Yes George it sure would be so good to get together once again, but at this stage unfortunately I have no immediate plans,as there are things that hinder me travelling at this time.but who knows what happens in life mate,Today its one thing and Tomorrow another you know how life is!
But keep that Kettle warm LOL
You take care there ,and please do say hello to Syd for me!
All the best
Cheers

George, the JB must be the only one left now, they have all gone, the high street now looks more like a market place than the town we knew. Lost cunt of the number of pubs and bars along the main drag, of course not forgetting the 'Horse and Groom'.
