Default Yet another scrap fire at Liverpool Docks

I really feel sorry for the residents of Bootle, Seaforth and Crosby there is yet another huge fire in the scrap at Alexandra Dock, its been going really badly for 10hrs now. Pouring out a massive smoke cloud full of god knows what poisonous and dangerous chemicals and gasses. The local residents have again been advised to close all windows and doors and should they suffer from breathing problems take their medication with them if they have to go out. This is the third serious fire within a year at this place, surely the authorities have got to do something about it and investigate the operations there, as obviously something is not been done properly and somebody needs to find out what that is and why its happening.
When one door closes another one shuts, it must be the wind

We haven't been out today my grad-daughter came in before and said that there is a terrible smell coming from the fire.I think half of these fires are deliberate.
