    Default Injustice.

    Feb 2017,
The grieving families of the four Royal Household Cavalry soldiers murdered by the evil dratsab John Downey have been refused Legal Aid in order to bring the murderer to justice. The sum involved is £317,000. The four soldiers were murdered as they rode on horseback to a changing of the guard ceremony in Hyde Park in 1982. Seven of their horses were also killed in the dastardly attack. In my opinion, no other but Mr Tony Blair should be made to cough up the £317,000 as it was he who was responsible for the horrid mistakes that pardoned Downey. The Legal Aid Agency has said it would be a waste of money and not in the public interest to haul Downey before the courts. It beggars belief when it comes to justice, a soldier's life is worthless.

The son of the Captain of the ship I was Mate on at that time was in that regiment and had taken part in the parade in question. The Captain and myself had our wives on board at the time and they had a terrible time thinking that their son could have been one of those murdered but eventually got news that he was O.K.
That Captain (and his wife) were two of the nicest people you could hope to meet and one of the best Captains I ever sailed with. Regretfully he died of cancer a few years later.
We were coming through the Suez Canal and he had no love of any Arabs. The Pilot was giving us a hard time demanding endless drinks and "presents". The Captain left the air conditioned bridge and reappeared with a chequered tea towel wrapped around his head Arabic style and waving a fly whisk around whilst saying to the pilot, "lots of nasty flies around here aren't there, pilot".
I was in stiches barely holding on without bursting into laughter but the pilot never got it saying, "the doors are closed and I cannot see any flies".
I had to spend the next 5 minutes behind the chart table before I could come out and face the pilot with a straight face.

You may recall there werte two world wars where young men were sennt to fight, many never returned.

    But who sent them?

The same politicians who now will not accept that there is a genuine case for leagl aid to be used.

But no, thney will just say, 'sadly they paid the price'.

Yes they did, a price that your stupid gov put on them and it was not very much.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

When I look at thread No 5 and see the carnage inflicted by Downey's bomb, nothing would please me better than to see both Downey and Blair being hauled before the courts- evil Downey for being responsible for the carnage and suffering and evil Blair for sanctioning Downey's pardon. Blair also granted pardons to another 187 on the run IRA terrorists. Blair made all these promises to the IRA knowing Parliament had earlier blocked him from doing so. Although his actions were completely unlawful and because he wanted them to happen, he completely defied Parliament and went ahead with them to suit his own needs. Up until now Blair has been good at wriggling out of unlawful acts which include starting a war. Let's hope when Legal Aid is granted to the victims families, he at last gets brought to justice.

A would be SNP candidate praised the IRA and would not mention dead British Soldiers. He apologised and has now been vetted as suitable to an SNP candidate.
Sturgeon and Salmond have refused to comment on the remarks.
