Re: In a state of shock
Strange
Obama's farewell tour his first port of call was Germany, which state killed thousands of U S citizens in both WWs
Trump's first dignatory to be welcomed was the Prime Minister of Japan, whose country killed thousands of U S citizens
Perhaps we've misunderstood the meaning of special relationship

Ivan,
Could it be that the CIA and FBI have monitored this site and advised Obama and Trump to seek greener pastures? (a big smiley face (with sunglasses, cos I'm a cool yank) would be here if I knew how to do it.)

No disrespect meant Rodney, but every time I see Obama with that inane grin on his face, the grinning smiley
comes to mind and have you folks over there noticed how Hillary suddenly looks like a 69 year old now she can drop her act ?. cheers JC

I always think John, that the USA are only our friends when there is something in it for them and it suits their purpose,
Obama has proved that more than once, but for some reason our PM's always seem to bow down to their wishes and that
usually means us getting dragged into a war we don't want and our troop getting killed just so the likes of Blair and Cameron
look good in the eyes of America, Bush even presented Blair with a medal, "how sick is that". cheers JC

Re: In a state of shock
For Rodney (with my tongue firmly in cheek) I thought you'd like this. Refers of course to the Young Girl Cryogenics Story...
Looks like you might be in good company then !
Best Regards

Re: In a state of shock
Davey every time you turn the TV on you get newsreaders reading the news about Trump and what he has had for breakfast. All these worms who are trying to discredit him before he even gets into office shows to the ordinary person how democratic the world really is. America the supposedly leader of Democracy should tone down their views on a man who has done nothing that former Presidents have done in the past. I am pleased about one small point however America doesn't declare that they invented Democracy, the Greeks did and look at the poor baskets now. JS
