They may well plan such things but there are still many nations that will be very hard to make the suggested changes to. China, Japan, Russia and a few others will not lie down and allow the men in funny clothes to take over. So far there is little evidence of such occurances in south America, mainly in the EU region. But no doubt in time who knows. But the concept of the US $ going is hard to believe.
