The Attempted Coup in Turkey...
Well looks like Turkey has finally scuppered it's chance to become a member of the EU.....thankfully.
Who would want to welcome into the EU a country which (dangerously)borders Syria and despite labelling itself as secular,is predominantly Islamic dominated. The Turkish people want to become part of Europe for economic reasons.Others have a different agenda.....

Re: The Attempted Coup in Turkey...
Chris Bryant the Labour MP that left the note saying there was no money in the Treasury in 2010, has now blamed the Brexiters for the coup in Turkey.

Vic, then we must believe it is so, because M P's are blessed with super intelligence and are privy to information that we mere mortals are not, we have served and sailed in more dangerous times because I recall some MP in the 50's saying the world was flat, so I can only thank the Masters who I sailed under for being on watch at the critical time and turning back before we sailed off the edge. Our guardian angels in Parliament are looking after us we should go on bended knees and thank the lord for our deliverance and the guidance of these paragons of wisdom and virtue

Alas we never get the Govt we deserve, we only get the least incompetent, as there is no other choice and thus it will ever be. And for all those Scots looking in who support wee burney, be warned, if you go independent then you will find yourself in the same position as Turkey, because you will be full of Turks and Syrians and if the indigenous Scots attempt a coup then wee burney will have you arrested and incarcerated or perhaps you'll find your heads on pikes

The "Wee scary Scottish Nutter Party leader" should be arrested, then taken to Berkeley Castle to suffer the same fate as to what happened to Edward II.
