I cannot understand why the Brexit brigade are so quiet it is matters like this that they should be jumping on and sending out the message as to another reason why we should leave Europe.I know this country are part of the Human Rights Act and we obey the rules but the only way to change them is to vote out.It will cost as much as £10.million a year to keep these suspects under surveillance and then we will have the Social Security payment on top of that.I think that they could be deported but Theresa May will not contest it. there are 136 comments at the end of the article.

They should get the SAS to `disappear ` them.
What could Europe do to us if we did deport them, They cant bomb us, but these terrorist could if they remain here, they couldn't bring them back from Algeria, I think the French would deport them , Sarkozy deported a lot when he was in power,

Laughable thing is, we cannot deport criminals back t their own EU countries, because their Jails aren't as good a ours. Would be against their Human rights to deport them.

All EU countries are signatories to the Human Rights convention.
I read somewhere that France ignores the ruling deports the unwanted and pays any EU fine levied on it.
Whereas the UK follows the rules to the letter. Time we had someone with a bit of backbone, deport the criminals and the unwanted, pay the fine, probly cheaper than keeping them in jail.
If the Judges moan, remind them who employs them.

Apart from the cost of keeping them in gaol Vic if they are out on the street it costs £10 million to keep an eye on them and also keep them fed and housed on the DHSS.

As you say Jim we cannot deport terrorists but by jingo we are quick to deport the Afgahans back to their own country knowing, but not accepting the facts that they are facing certain death from the Taliban for acting as interpreters. The excuse given by the government is that Afghanistan is now a safe country to live in.
