M.m.m.
The M.M.M. heading for this post may sound inocuous enough but it stands for Million Mask March. This is for a march in the capitol London yesterday. Whilst a million people were supposed to march there were about 1000. people, mostly men and some women. The march was against the austerity in this country. In my opion it was just an excuse to cause mayhem and injury to the people living in the metropolis. Three Police Officers were injured and hospitalised. Six Police Horses were injured. The attached photo is one of the peaceful "Demonstraters" (Joke)...Million.jpg I only hope his mother sees the picture and has words with him. It would appear that things like this are becoming the norm in London, 50 demonstraters were arrested for various public order offences three of which refused to give the Police their names and addresses. This morning they appeared before the Magistrates Court and entered their pleas of Not Guilty which is their right to do so.
This is where it all goes belly up three of the defendents, which is what they are now, refused to give the court their names and adresses, instead of dealing with these three the Magistrates did nothing and allowed this behaviour to continue and released them to appear at the same court in March 2016 to stand trial. These three should have been held in contempt of Court and place in cells until they purged their contempt and gave their names and addresses to the Court.
For heavens sake those Magistrates must surely know they have now allowed a precident which is totally against all the principles of law in this country. Who is running the judiciary, the law courts or the likes of that man in the photograph.
I despair.

Re: M.m.m.
John, Totally agree, they should have been locked up. They also aimed laser beams at the Police Horses eyes.
These three people are hour bound to show up at court next year, what's the betting they wont.
Judiciary in the UK have lost all sense of reality.
Another one was an immigrant who has been in jail for rape and fighting against deportation is claiming under section 8 of the Human Rights Act his right to family life has been breached.
He smokes two packs of ciggies a day and can' afford the train fare to see his son. The judge awarded him the train fare every fortnight to see his son.
If he is desperate to see his son, should have given up smoking.

Re: M.m.m.
John you see it every week in the papers Eastern Europeans appearing before the court and being granted bail, there is no way that they will answer to their bail.It must be frustrating for the police seeing these people walking out of the court never to be seen again that is until they are caught again committing some other crime.

Re: M.m.m.
Jim I hear what you say and I agree with it wholeheartedly but the thing that gets me in this is that these three actually refused to give their names and address and the Magistrates just accepted that. They should be sacked for failing to do their duty.
