It's Off!
Recently my dearly beloved returned from Asia/Romania with a gut infection. To date he has lost two stone. Our dilemma being apart from his general health is that he now looks like Jeremy Corbyn. So tonight he shaved off his beard leaving a Mexican style moustache still to be trimmed, which I will have to supervise as I daren't leave him to his own devices [don't ask!] My question is, who does your other half remind you of?

Re: It's Off!
Although her hair has turned to silver, I don't notice as still see her as she was at 18. But I am prejudiced otherwise I might say Violet Carson from the old Coronation Street, a much slimmer version of course. JS

Re: It's Off!
When she shaved her beard and Mexican moustache off I found that she was still a pretty girl underneath.

Re: It's Off!
Marian when the wife and I first met was in 1957. We were both 9 stone. At present my wife is now much less than this which worries me a lot. Especially as I am now nearly double her weight. A lot of the young girls today are anorexic and to me look terrible skinniness to me is not beauty, it either says something is wrong or is self inflicted. Hope your hubbies loss of weight is resolved soon. Hope it was the bad diet in Romania. Probably that's why so many in UK come for a feed. Cheers JS
