The other half asked me today if I had seen anything in the papers, ( daily mail ) regarding a certain religious group putting pressure on subway fast food outlets to stop using ham in their sandwiches. this evidently is doing the rounds on facebook over here. I would like to think someone would have a set and tell them to go and rub salt

We have a local council that at one time banned the use of ham sandwiches at council meetings. Then some bright spark sent a side of bacon to be left on the town hall door steps. The then Moslem mayor got the message, now all manner of sandwhiches are available.
