i think it is a sad thing when a person ie brian has to defend his way of life.......he has made that.......he started at the bottom and went upwards learning in the focsle to get up top ...he and any one who has despite what life throws at us ...and succeeds deserves praise because this really does give impetus to others to succeed....it shows that we have a chance i begrudge no man anything .......and i expect no man to begrudge me what i have earned...the same for ivan 13 on a deep sea trawler.......what you so is what you reap if it goes wrong go again but dont blame any one else the world is yours......the true shirkers will always envy ..but that is there choice i will help any man in reason but will not keep him ...regards cappy

    CREATION:

A man said to his wife one day, 'I don't know how you can be
so stupid and so beautiful all at the same time.
' The wife responded, 'Allow me to explain.
    God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me;
God made me stupid so I would be attracted to you!

    WHO DOES WHAT

A man and his wife were having an argument about who
should brew the coffee each morning.
The wife said, 'You should do it, because you get up first,
and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee.'
The husband said, ' You are in charge of cooking around here and
you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee.'
Wife replies, 'No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible
that the man should do the coffee.'
Husband replies, 'I can't believe that, show me.'
So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament
and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says..........'HEBREWS'

God may have created man before woman,
but there is always a rough draft before the masterpiece.

Some public servants here in Victoria have to endure being employed for 6 hours and 51 minutes ber day. The gov say they must now be employed for 7 hours per day, notice the word work does not appear, they are going on to working to rule as they oppose the idea!!
The feral gov has now said anyone on disability benifits who is capable of working must do so snd not rely on benifits. It is estimated that up to 40% of those on disability allowances are not total disabled and could do some work.
In one of the areas I go as a volunteer we have a guy deaf and dumb who works 4 days a week making cardboard boxes, but there is alos a guy of about 40 who lives on the dole, says he has social issues and cannot work in an environment where others are!

The problem is that in our day you worked or starved, now the social engineers say all must be kept by the gov with money paid in taxes by thoae who do not bludge.

Like most of you I began life with very little and still have most of it left. But also like you I began work at a very early age, 11 delivering papers and by 12 working weekends and holidays on my step fathers pig farm. Tell the younger generation of taoday and they would be horrified.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Hi SHIPMATES, Hi CAPTAIN KONG, Sorry captain did not mean to give offence, cast your mind back to a while ago post, on here something about the lords {MANSION TAX} as my good lady saids I dont do sarcasm, CAPTAIN KONG every one on here, who was at sea earned every penny we had me included THEY WAS A VICAR from LIVERPOOL from the mission to sea man ,who summed it all up he said it was better for the wife if the man was in JAIL than at sea , WHY THE GOVERNMENT PAYED THE DOLE MONEY AND NO DANGER TO THE HUSBAND in our day If I was in power you would have 4 holidays a year {FREE} we all came up the hard way. I am the last person to knock anyone. In Cardiffstan we have plenty of ***** and hijab wearing people but they dont bother me I live between 4 mosque and a madress for young children, as they are on RAMADAN they keep in doors till after sunset, so dont see many this time of the year. MY mate Howard has not been well, when he comes back to the club. I will get all the information about the royal navy boxer and post it to you
