John when it comes to clothes I am a minimalist, wear shorts all yaer apart from June to September if going out for dinner. Given all my jackets away, a jumper on top on cold days, that is below 12, and never were socks.

!3.... I dont wear socks if can get away with it. Cant bend down to put on. If going out have to get the wife to put on, probably why I kept her around for so long. Jeeez if she ever read any of these posts would get my head in my hands. Cheers JS

Just to expand Marion (and thanks for the double whammy) I still posses a pair of wranglers that have button up flies on them so how bloody old are they and still going strong. My favorite ones as well a two pair of Levi so three pair of Dungaree's (once again thanks to Marion for correct spelling) a leather jacket what more could an ex seaman want in his wardrobe. Like John my only clothes for summer are a pair of shorts, thongs and a T shirt for dressing up.

I thought he was on the turn then remembered thongs are like Flip Flops with a thong that goes between the toes.
