The British fought ww11 to prevent a German invasion of our lands. 68 years later we have been invaded by every nationality in the world and Germany is the most powerful country in Europe.
In nearly all towns and cities there are areas where I could not go to because they have been taken over by ethnic minorities, English is a second language for some, for the older people it is not used at all.
Our political representatives tell us we should welcome immigration, that is it good for us and our country, we are lucky to live in such a diverse multi cultural land.
I wonder what all the dead soldiers, sailors and airmen would say if they could see what they died for.

Merkel has achieved what Kaiser Bill and Adolf Hitler failed to do, Control europe.
The stupid europeans in Brussels have forgotten who saved them from a Dictatorship, they are now Our Dictators.
I have heard that WW2 has been airbrushed out of european history.
A million of our men, women, and children died, FOR WHAT?????
I never hear a word of English spoken in my town now. I am a small minority in my own town surrounded by foreigners. I cannot sell up to get out because the only buyers are foreigners who will not pay the price, so I cannot buy in a decent part of the country.
I HATE EUROPE AND ALWAYS WILL, the berstereds.

Watching Question time last night, a man of about thirty started the ball rolling on immigration.
He said he was jobless and homeless and an immigrant was giving advice at the job centre.
The politicians round on him as well as the majority of the crowd, who looked as though the majority were from foreign parts.
The man had enough of the barracking and left. The Labour MP was the only politician to support him in the fact that wether you agreed /disagreed he ha the right to be heard.
After he left a few older people claimed that they were strangers in their home town, over 50 percent of Barking is now home to immigrants.
The old stories were trooped out:-
Immigration is good for the country.
Over 2.5m Uk citizens now reside in the EU.
Point missed by all Politicians, we don't create Ghettos when we move abroad, we integrate.
I some times travel on the bus from Notts to Park and Ride near a big industrial estate, I very seldom hear anyone speaking English, even Notts City Centre its like walking through a foreign city.

Now the loony Liberals want immigrants to have better benefits, more money.

What most of the politicians and a great number of the general population also) do not realise is that this country is now a nation of two completely different cultures. The one that most of the idiots in Westminster think is Britain is the one where we all live in harmony with different races and religions, work hard and pay our taxes etc.
If they were to open their eyes they would find a complete sub-culture running beneath the surface where despite showing an integrated face the true facts are that these people you know who I am talking about) continue to live by the creed of their mother country. We have little or no idea of what is being taught in their religious establishments and as for paying taxes etc. they grab all the benefits offered (health etc.) whilst avoiding as much as possible paying the taxes that the rest of us have to. There is a huge outflow of money from this country to their mother country which does not pass through the banking system and large amounts of goods are being transported in white vans around the country in order to fool the VAT man. Go into any major wholesaler and see the mount of credit offered to these guys without so much as a murmur being said as to when they are going to clear the debt, yet who behold the English guy who is a week late in clearing his debt. I have seen a English manager being verbally abused by one of the thingyies and having to stand there in silence whilst being called a white bersterd as if he retaliated then immediately the racist card would have come out.
This sub culture know exactly how to and when and where to use the racist card to get away with all sorts, even sometimes criminal acts. The European immigrants I find DO integrate into our British culture in the main yet the thingyies, NEVER.
Its about time the numpties in Westminster got their act together, stopped all immigration or at the very least followed the example of say Norway, with regard to immigrants, whereby before any immigrant can work or obtain benefits they have to pass an exam to prove that they can speak and write Norwegian and also become a citizen of Norway and swear an allegiance to the King and Queen of Norway and to abide by all the laws of the country.

Vince Cable came out with a cracker last week.He was pulled up over the fact that the nett emmigration figure was up (the difference in the number of people leaving the country and those coming in.His answer,well this is because we have created more jobs,more people have found work and they are quite happy to stay in this country.

Whether you like it or not ,the European members have a right to come to this country, its the club we all belong to, i dont like being a member of this club, butt until a referendum, there is nowt i can do about it. The incomers from European countries such as Romania etc are coming to improve their lives, its only what you guys in OZ , NZ, Canada did, but you did it legally, through the right channels. The ones that need sorting immediately is the illegals, that claim asylum etc, they know they stand a good chance of staying, because they are being vetted by people from an asylum. But even the legal incomers should have to prove spoken English, what their job prospects are etc, and if they commit ANY crimes here, deported back whence they came. If they have to stand on the street selling the big issue, then they can do that whence they came KT

I only know by what I see. Having the benefit of being a citizen of both the UK and Australia. We all know a lot of seamen jumped ship in Australia and N.Z. during the 50"s and Early 60"s. I know quite a few as having worked out here in the shipping world was in contact all the time. Most of them reported or were caught after the ship had sailed and in most cases a lenient approach was made to them as there was at the time a big influx of immigrants from Europe. However if they were considered not to be good immigrant material or continued to break the law they were deported. This is not to say the likes of Cappy was deported because of this, he was probably considered a larrican and too young to know his own mind. However the world has changed not for the better to my views, a government is now even restricted to what it can do to illegal immigrants by the usual groups of so called do gooders who do more harm to a country than they know. At this moment in time I view the UK as have been back quite often over the past 24 years, unfortuanetly as a place I would not like to live, due to the general populance and is not the country I grew up in and had family fight and give their lives for. I can see Australia under the wrong hands will go down the same path in a few years, fortuanetly a lot of us wont be here to see it. Giving any sort of allegiance to Great Britain at the moment is in fact giving allegiance to a bunch of wankers in Europe and this I for one would never do. I only hope the UK has this referendum which is always being promised , but never materializes, before the ethnic English person is in the minority, this is probably the game plan of those eggheads who sit in Westminster. It is the only chance I see for the uk retaining its sovereignity. John S

hi shipmates,We sign up for the E.U 1968 by Mr Edward Heath Tory prime minster,he wanted all the many perks and free grant money for any project you could think of, Many big business companys in the U.K. made fantastic profits, for a few years untill the poor countrys started to sign up, and the gravy train came to a halt!!!!! The social chapter was never liked untill they could get cheap labour from the poor countrys, and kill off all the main trade unions and give away British jobs to cheap labour from eastern europeans and beyond I have posted before its all just a drop in the bucket, {So far}The main event has not happen at this time Turkey will send countless people here many are refugees from around the Arab world. Sorry if I offend you but its the truth...

They died so that the people of the world have the freedom to move about and live as they wish.
If you want different then they really did die in vain.
I think that they would be horrified that in spite of their sacrifices there are still people around today with so little tolerance for others.
