JOHN getting them out of the country when they have committed crimes is the problem we have rapists killers and every other low life walking the streets here but the human rights and civil liberties brigades fight for them to stay costing millions every year that's the state of our country it should be jail and out after sentence?but no that would be common sence?jp

John, that was the case in the 80's as a guy we knew in the force came to my office one lunch time & told me of an associate we used to dive with, a Welshman who had gone to jail for rape. He was deported after completoing his sentence. Do they not do that now days?

You dont even get deported for murder,commit a murder spend time in gaol come out commit rape (or maybe another murder) and still cannot be deported.It would be against one of these B/stds Human Rights to send him back to Iran or wherever as he would be mistreated when he got back there maybe just because he is too "Westernised".

Two cases here in Oz recently where they have been deported after serving a prison term, one was sent back to UK. Revenge at last!!
