tony has not had much luck since moving out there sky news 160.000 people on the move Cebu has been battered so if tony is safe it will be weeks maybe months before we hear anything anyone who can watch sky news Cebu has been on no roads power food or water I hope that he is ok.jp

Latest news from Cebu today on the TV, they have manages to open the airport and some supplies from USA are getting in and dsitributed.

John, I may be wrong but I thought it was Cebu City. That could probably be checked out in his earlier posts, for instance when he was moving to Cebu.
