Re: Travel Insurance
More 'Get Out' clause are now becoming standard for all Insurance Companies these include
Changes in medical conditions which include but are not limited to:-
A new medical condition recently diagnosed
A change of medication, or a new/additional tablet prescribed for an existing condition
Any increases/decreases in current medication
Any preventative medication being taken
Any recent GP visits
Any hospital follow ups/ appointments or visits to A & E
At the end of their letter they say 'Now enjoy your holiday' aaaaaaaaagh!!!!!!!!!!
I shall now be sending a list of all my bowel movements together with samples for their records, just in case I have omitted anything.

My travel Insurance is done through the RBS, Royalties Gold, excellent, they paid out this year £55,000 for my operation in Honolulu. no problems.
I am due another 12 months insurance in December, I will see if there is increase.
Theye usually ask if I have had any medical treatment in the last Six months. so I do not go to the Doctors at all for that time. I try to treat myself if possible.
Cheer s
Brian.
