Priti patel
hi good evening, the home secretary the RT Honourable Priti Patel , today has resigned her post, it could be because of truss being elected prime minister, or just the fact that there are several dinghies launched in the last hour from france,on top of those that arrived today, or the high court hearing of the Rwanda selection board with flights that are destined never to take off,
hopefully with twenty five knots sw in the channel it will blow them back to france.

Well I hope those poor souls are not relying on the HMS Prince of Wales rushing to the rescue.

Re: Priti patel
Out here in NSW they put shark nets across the bays where people swim to keep them safe, maybe they should put a big one up the middle of the Channel.

Re: Priti patel
Well if she cannot get them to Rwanda maybe the cunning lady has deployed sharks in the channel already.
A swimmer has been bitten by a shark while snorkelling off the coast of Britain, in what is thought to be the first attack of its kind in 175 years. The woman is believed to have suffered a leg injury during a trip to see blue sharks last Thursday off the Cornish coast, near Penzance. Maybe someone needs to spread the word on the beaches on the other side of the channel.

Re: Priti patel
Aussies are eating to much Maccas and the Colonels Chicken and the sharks don't like it, so maybe they are searching further afield looking for the old Roast Beef. There again it may be Global Warming sending them to warmer climes, after all it was minus5 here night before last.

Re: Priti patel
With a name like that one conjours up in the mind a lady of some delight.
But from what we hear of her here in Oz she was not the sharpest knife in the box.
Maybe not so pretty after all.

Also supposed to be a bit of a bully but she got away with the investigation into that.

Re: Priti patel
She had an impossible job, as we are still tied to the EU with the human rights laws etc. Police who are afraid of being called racist .
Unelected high court judges who all seem a little strange. Our whole judicial system needs a complete overhaul.

Re: Priti patel
Looking at the new cabinet last night on our TV here in Oz.
The names, all good English ones no doubt, were almost impossible to pronounce.
Looks as if most have just returned from a holiday in the sun.
