Re: The Bid for Leadership Race....
hi graham shaw # 196
good evening, your statistics regarding the fact that there where more women than men effected by aids in africa, does nothing to expel the reason for aids and how one can catch the desease, And to say that it was, or is wrong to stigmatise those whom bend that way, For after all those women have been infected by a male whom practises unsafe sex with other males and therefore Eamon holmes was correct in saying that he himself will not be worried about a desease that is carried and passed on to other males by unnatural sex between them.
and therefore is it not there behaviour of those males that causes aids/monkey pox, and is it then the reason for its contagious and devastating desease being spread too the women they go later and have sex with .
Monkey pox is another sexually transmitted desease which seems to be mainly carried by men, and if i hear that the women in africa are suffering also then i shall know why, I have this evening watched a ten twelve minuet clip on youtube about a group of soros open society backed liberal marxists, working in new york, it seems a Mr or could be Mrs or Miss Sebastian Kohn whom is employed as a public health director in that great city, well it seems that on a social gathering only recently he admits to having sex with numerous males, and low and behold this highly inteligent public health director overseeing countless lives in the city found himself to be suffering with gonorhea and a good dose of monkey pox.Now what does our liberal marxist do, why he takes out legal action against new york city because he states as it was a social gathering organised by the Soros foundation and he is the public health director, Then new york is responsible,
i rest my case graham as far as im concerned they are responsible for catching the desease and passing it on to others, and if that is stigmatising then so be it.
So although i will not be claiming a jihad on monkeys i will make sure not to get too close to the monkey whom is monkeying around with him,
i shall now leave you with the closing words , see no evil ,hear no evil ,speak no evil,
tom

#209. I’ve got those three as small statues in the back yard Thomas , when I get dressed will go out in the yard and have a word with them , I will give them the sound advice my father gave me on my first trip to sea, “ keep clear of strange women “. But in this case will have to be strange monkeys. I should of asked him at the time , was it ok if one was formally introduced and one sighted their vaccination card. Cappy is awfully quiet on this one , although he probably has been relegated to the shed by now. Cheers JS

Why not ? The idea is that after the lies and mistrust that it would have appeared to be the down fall of Boris. Surely the Conservative party would and should be looking for someone who is an honerable person. Liz Truss was applauded at Lib Dem conference in 1994 and wanted to 'abolish the Monarchy. She was a Remainer. She cheated on her husband does it make any difference be it 1994 or 2006. She would appear not to be an honorable person.
During tonights debate on Talk TV she looked as if she tish herself but thankfully her concern was for Kate McCann who had fainted ?

Re: The Bid for Leadership Race....
Boris was shafted no doubt about that.
He lives in number 10, in a small apartment with in as does the treasuer next door.
The majority of persons working there are senior public servants who answer to no one.
A party there at the time would not be unusual for them.
Boris is given a drink, some one within who no doubt at some time he crossed with takes a photo of him , then lets the media have it at a suitable time.
Politics is the dirtiest game ever invented, there are no friends only enemy's no matter which side you are on.
Some one will always covert your job no matter who you are.
Back room deals are order of the day be it with new laws or or positions within cabinet.
No one is safe, but the saddest thing is that the public, the employers of politicians, are ignored once they are in gov.
Democracy is a wonderful thing when used correctly, but for so many polis, the gravy train is the most important.
A great majority have never done an honest days work coming from unio to staffer then to poli. and become career politicians.
No matter who wins there will be very little change for the average guy in the street.

Exactly John, but they are tourists and ex-pats perhaps ,rather like yourself,a 'World Traveller',who sounds like he might be suffering from cabin fever already?! Like most of us tourists one goes to a place and does not get involved in,or even care about politics. Why should they?
I assure you most of us real Brits do care, and it is important as we are choosing the leader of the current governing party, who will obviously then become the PM ,at least until the next general election.
As the originator of this thread I think I have have the right to reply,in view of your perceived criticism! I do not see many of us domiciled Brits complaining when you and our other Antipodean members from time to time go on about your politics and 'polis'- ,all 'polis' which you seem to absolutely hate!
Anyway, instead, why not give us some of your incisive views, tales and experiences of life aboard -especially your fellow cruisers-and ashore on your latest odyssey-I'm sure it will be far more entertaining and more important than this thread....!
Cheers!
Graham

Re: The Bid for Leadership Race....
The only reason why I take note of British Politics is because I still have children and grandchildren living there and want the best enviroment for them. Plus I want my OAP which I paid for all those years ago. The worse thing that could happen here is that they send Arry and his squaw out here to supervise climate change. JS

#212, a very admirable stance, but there would be no one left in Parliament by your standards.
