My dad J.V.Locke was on the old Franconia. He was an officer, I forget his rank. Did you ever sail with him? Very good wishes, Sheila

I was on the old Franconia in 1956 summer time on the New York run out of Liverpool and then she went to the Breakers in December 1956.
I can only remember Capt. Donald Murdo Maclean DSO, because he gave me the sack, Happy ship loved it.

Sheila, if you give his date and place of birth and any other information you may have, the lads may be able to trace the dates of his service and what ships he was on, that will give us a better chance of helping you
