Captain Ben Masey
Captain Ben Masey crossed the bar in early July.
He was an apprentice in the Bank Line and worked his way up to Captain.
He was Master for six years before becoming Channel Pilot for 26 years.
He passed away peacefully with his two daughters at his side, a lovely man much missed, another MN man.
