Philip lowe 1928-2015
PHILIP LOWE 1928-2015.
Born in Crewe, Cheshire. Joined Lambert & Holt 1971 ' in the engine room.' Later worked as a nurse in the local Mental Hospital.
His funeral today bore testimony to the great love we had for him in this village. The weather was snowy and treacherous underfoot but the Parish Church was full to capacity with people wanting to say a final farewell to Phil. He was a proud member of the Royal British Legion and was its Standard Bearer for over 20 years.
Rest in peace, Phil. God bless.
