Jim this is the reply i got from my Mate back home about Charlie.(As far as I know Charlie was no relation to Ronnie Guy, although Charlie lived in Gray Street as well next to the chippy at the end furthest end away from the docks.He lived there with his sister Maggie and her young son.)

Thanks for that Charlie I knew I had heard your mates name in that area,it is not a common name so to have two families with the same name living close together thats why I thought they were brothers.
