    A number of the ships you mention,Round the time 51 -'57. are familiar.Companies
    Had two. B.T.C. also The , Orelia and Oreosa (Houlders Bros.)

    And the Hawkinge,same outfit as the Heminge(.Constans. of Cardiff).

    Though I can't recall Him personally. Was on adjacent Berths with the Ashburton. Week or two in Melbourne
    (The Hungry Goose Line)

    Seems to suggest,by the number of similar ships ,of that era.) That He may have been with the Swansea or Port Talbot Pool,perhaps?

    Hia Evan yes Dad was with the Swansea Pool there are 3 photo's of him on the site somewhere one of them in Townsville on his last trip

    Hi Judith,I notice your dad was on the Oregis 58 I joined her at Port Talbot 18th Sept 58 and left her March 59 Manchester.
