well known in liverpooli found out laterl he give me dogs life did not like me anwering back i was 17 at the time glad to get off the shipbut had agreat job quauter masters peggy best of food and good blokes looked after me thay did all the stearing and bung me a few quid end of trip another learning curve

small company but great ships west affrica ghana used tosee palm boats out of liverpool and ellder deamsters onsame rout got bitten by a bug got feaver was not nice remeber loading massive logs and the crew boys lived on deck we ridge covers for themnigeria and up the river ****** i was on the wheel talk about scarey skipper stood right next to me full ahead and trees hitting the side of the ship see that tree he said stear for it great stuff happy days

Bit bumpy at times john but not a bad ride also sailed in John holt,NO John i never had a ride that trip! Another good job though and top crowed.

it was the gunie gullf line all the ships wear named after the family so i belive did not have abumpy one on the elizabeth cheers charlie
