Hi Pam, Remember me ? I was an Accounts Office then PO cashier on the QE2 1979-1980. Great times Cheers....Phil
Hi Phil I wish I could return to those days! I have travelled as a passenger on the QE2 (twice), the QM2 and the Queen Victoria. Now stuck in lockdown and thankful that Covid didn't happen when we were at sea. Cheers to you too! Pam
Hi Pam. Hope you are not i the Western Suburbs, hopefully we will keep clear down here in Cooma, we have our police checking the cars coming to the snow. Loved the old Sydney when doing the Tasman run with Union Steam. I also worked on the South Steyne when she was a floating restaurant in Darling harbour, did all the maintenance, afraid i wouldn't touch the place now. Cheers Des Keep Safe
